Standard Features and Benets

Switchless Full Power

Most portable generators use switches to achieve full 120V power

from one receptacle. These switches fail over time and disable all

240V output from the machine. WINCO’s answer to these problems

is Switchless Full Power. Extra copper in the stator windings enables

the operator to obtain full 120V, full 240V or a combination of both

(up to the nameplate rating) without any switches. Switchless

Full Power models include a 50 amp (NEMA 5-50R) receptacle to

distribute the machines maximum capacity from a single point.

Conserv-R (Automatic Idle Control)

WINCO generators equipped with a Conserv-R idle down when there

is no load. The lower speeds reduce noise and engine wear while

improving fuel economy. As soon as the generator detects demand,

the engine returns to normal operating speed. This feature can

easily be enabled by selecting the switch on the control panel.
